1C: Sales Management 8 ”is a modern tool for increasing business efficiency in a sales company.

The business solution "1C: Sales Management 8" provides:


  • management and operational accounting tasks;

  • analysis and planning tasks;

  • automates trade, financial and warehousing operations;

  • provides the level of management of a modern trading company.

Both already performed and only planned economic operations are registered in the information base of the business solution. In the system "1C: Trade Management 8", practically all initial trade and warehouse accounting documents, as well as money transfer documents can be processed automatically.

The business solution is intended for various types of trading operations. Accounting functions are implemented from list management and input of initial documents to obtaining analytical reports.


"1C: Company 8 Sales Management" provides automatic retrieval of the data required for the keeping of accounting records and the transfer of this data to "1C: Accounting 8". The main direction in the development of this new solution can be considered the implementation of powerful functionality, which is intended for the analysis, planning and management of the efficiency of a trading company.


Sales management

The configuration supports the following types of trading: wholesale, retail, credit trading, order trading.


The configuration includes automated economic activities for the purchase and wholesale sale of goods. The configuration also shows the facts about the receipt of goods - material values and changes in the settlement status with the contractor - the increase of the company's debt to the contractor or the repayment of the contractor's debt to the company.

Payments to contractors can be made in foreign currency. In addition, to reflect settlements in accounting and tax accounting, foreign currency will be automatically converted into Euro.

The configuration provides a convenient work tool for the company's managers - "Sales manager's workplace".



  • Implement a quick search and selection in the nomenclature catalog;

  • See the meaning of the basic properties of a nomenclature heading and its characteristics without opening additional forms;

  • See current stock balances by nomenclature, nomenclature and warehouse characteristics;

  • See customer order balance nomenclature by item, as well as planned deliveries;


In retail, work technologies are supported with both automated and non-automated points of sale. The configuration provides automated retail and stock tracking at each point of sale. The configuration provides that the company's points of sale can be provided with different sets of point of sale equipment and that the points of sale can differ in the degree of automation and their autonomy.


The configuration for retail work provides the following options:


  • work with cash registers as with fiscal recorders;

  • convenient cashier interface;

  • bar code system.


The cashier interface opens with the fiscal registrar switched on for those employees for whom the basic interface is called "Cashier interface". The purpose of the cashier interface is to allow the cashier to quickly execute retail transactions. Product selection is possible by entering an article, barcode (manually or with the help of a scanner), by product name, in line order from the catalog "Nomenclature" from the data collection term.


The configuration supports filling products with barcode scanners, products with any type of barcodes.

Bar code scanners are designed for fast and accurate detection of a product bar code, after which other product properties can be determined based on information in the automation system. Product barcodes are detailed down to the unit level to identify the product, its properties and series. A separate bar code may be provided for each product that has a separate characteristic.


In the business solution, detailed accounting of operational materials, goods and products in the warehouse is implemented. Full control of stocks of goods and material values in the company is ensured.


The order management system contains order analysis tools, it is designed to support management decision-making in communication with customers and to help find bottlenecks in production and warehousing.

There are three types of orders in the system:


  • customer orders (from external contractors)

  • orders for suppliers (external contractors)

  • internal orders (orders for points of sale, shops, warehouses)


Customer Relationship Management (CRM)

Customer relationship management, also known as CRM or Customer Relationship Management, is an important functional area in the complex information system of a modern company.


CRM is a concept of customer relationship management in conditions of active competition, focused on maximizing the potential of each customer and partner in the interests of the company. The CRM concept offers regular collection and analysis of information about each customer, real and potential. The efficiency of a company's trading operations and the operation of the company as a whole largely depend on pricing policy. To help users solve this task, a special pricing policy subsystem is included in the configuration.


Sales and purchasing planning

Planning is one of the most important rules for organizing the efficient operation of a company. Planning is based on demand forecasting, analysis of existing resources and assessment of the company's development prospects. In the planning process, a set of plans is compiled according to the directions of activity, which cover the most important subdivisions of the company. Planning is one of the most effective means of reducing costs.


Procurement management


The quality of the manufactured product and the observance of the order execution times without exceeding the planned costs depend on the efficiency of the procurement management of the value of goods and materials.
